What do I eat?

I too often hear, “I know what is healthy, I just don’t do it.”  It can be easy though, so let’s not make it complicated.

To help you make better meal choices, I am going to post everyday meals that I create for myself and my family.  These recipes will be simple and straightforward as they will be meals that my family and I eat regularly including quick breakfast’s, lots of salads, and easy dinners.
